Data Confirmation
Parent Data Confirmation is an annual requirement for all students. The window for completing Data Confirmation is late July through October 31st each year. Parents must complete Data Confirmation for each of their children enrolled in SMJUHSD. Data Confirmation is completed in the Aeries Parent Portal, and asks parents to confirm the following information:
- Housing Status
- Household Income Range
- Medical Information
- District Authorizations
Data Confirmation is required because SMJUHSD needs updated information each school year. The Housing Status and Household Income Range questions help SMJUHSD acquire additional funding from the state, which is used to the benefit of our students. The Medical Information and District Authorizations ensure that parents had the opportunity to review guidelines and provide relevant information to the district about their child.
