Technology Services

The Technology Department manages and supports various forms of instructional and information technology, along with all district data systems, with the goal of creating a secure, equitable, and accessible educational environment for students and staff. The Technology Department manages over 14,000 student and staff devices, various network, account, and security components, and over 50 instructional and non-instructional platforms. The department utilizes an online web help desk and a range of network specialists, computer technicians, systems analysts, and instructional technology teachers to provide varied levels of support for students and staff.

Annual Data Confirmation Process

Parent Data Confirmation is an annual requirement for all students. The window for completing Data Confirmation is late July through October 31st each year. Parents must complete Data Confirmation for each of their children enrolled in SMJUHSD. Learn more by clicking the button below:
