Welcome to SMHS Cheer & Song

At Santa Maria High School, Cheer & Song is more than school spirit—it is dedication, teamwork, and pride in being a Saint. Our athletes bring energy and enthusiasm to every performance while representing SMHS with confidence and heart. Behind every routine are countless hours of practice, discipline, and determination as they work together to strengthen their skills and support one another.

Through hard work and perseverance, our Cheer & Song athletes learn what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves. Whether they are cheering from the sidelines, performing for our community, or proudly representing the red, white, and black, they embody the spirit and tradition of Santa Maria High School. Their drive is strong, their determination is unwavering, and their Saint pride shines in everything they do. Once a Saint, Always a Saint!
